Healing Trauma

Therapy allows people to rework traumatic moments, so they don’t stay stuck inside in the same frightening, shaming, and devastating way they first experienced.

I help people examine their full life experiences, including traumatic histories and memories, so they can move through the emotional consequences of these experiences in new ways.

By reflecting on how these moments were imprinted and allowing more space for their emotional impact on you, something powerful gets released. You will be able to reclaim control and ownership over the areas of your life that have felt hopeless and out of control because of the trauma(s) you’ve experienced.

We will work to ensure you feel safe and in control in our sessions. We move at a pace that feels right to you; you can stop us at any point if it feels too much. I utilize various techniques to help people relieve anxiety along the way and ground themselves in the present moment.
